The key to any successful event is to have a proper agenda and to work exactly according to that agenda. The agenda will have to have everything that is going to happen at the event together with timing information about what is supposed to happen when so that you will be aware if the event is going over your timeline. Meanwhile, you will need to tell the client or the potential client why they need the product and the benefits that they will gain in their own lives by using this product. You need to create a need for your new product so that they will start to understand why this product will help them to make their lives easier and better. Even in the case that you are offering a service and therefore cannot offer a touch and feel opportunity, you can still achieve the goal of telling them how this service will help them in their lives and how they will benefit from having this service for their companies and in the personal life.
